I have a 2007 Impala LS (Automatic)..I was wondering where should I check for for car starters ?…and do most of the car starters have the buttons to lock and unlock your doors and close your trunk ?

Yesterday I had my my truck keyhole popped and someone tried to steal it. But instead they just took my GPS unit. I couldn’t believe it. Now I’m thinking of shaving my doors and putting an alarm on. Which alarm would be best or does anyone know if a shaved door kit would be good to have, other than breaking the window can someone get it?

I own a ’98 Infiniti QX4 and purchased a new keyless entry remote for it. I have been told that the sequence to program it is to lock the doors, insert the ignition key ten times, wait for lights to flash, and press unlock on the remote. However, I have been unsuccessful in my attempts. How can I get it to work?

I drive a 98 Toyota Corolla and I have a DEI Valet keyless entry system installed which prevents the engine from being started if the remote isn’t used to unlock the doors. Both remotes that I have a broken and I don’t want to buy a new one. There isn’t an alarm installed, just the keyless entry system and the engine kill thing. I want to know if there is a way to disable this security system. Thanks.

I own a ’95 Infiniti G20 and purchased a keyless entry remote for it a few months back. I purchased directions for programming but have been unsuccessful. I don’t want to take it to a dealer because they want to charge me for programming. Anyone know what to do? How I could get it to work?
These are the directions I got.
Get in the car lock the doors and open the trunk. Insert key into ignition 6-8 times until hazards flash. Then press the unlock button on the remote.

I don’t want the alarm to set automatically when I leave the vehicle. I want to set it when I know I have the keys in my hand. I have locked them in the car twice because I got out for a minute and the doors locked. One time the engine was still running.
