Programming the brain itself (push the push to start button twice with foot off the brake, press the button once more with foot off the brake, LED on the blade with be solid blue for 2 seconds, then LED will turn off). Programming the remote (press the push-to-start button very quickly 11x to go from acc to ignition 5 times then within 2 seconds press the button on the remote for .5 seconds and your remote will be programmed to your module). Check engine light on because I forgot to replug in the mass air flow sensor before remote starting the vehicle. I clear it later with an OBD-II scanner in a later video. If you forget something similar and the car throws a check engine code you can go to advanced auto parts or auto zone and request them to clear your codes for free. Going over the takeover procedure (remote start the car, enter the car, close all the doors, foot on brake, release foot from brake, wait for the push-button to say “on”, drive away). Also note that if you unplug the wires from the BCM your airbag light will blink, I did not make a video on how to clear this, but you turn your car on to ignition (don’t start the car) with the push button, wait for the air bag light to stop blinking, then press the push-button so the car turns off, repeat this process 2 more times and the airbag light will clear.
This is a step-by-step video of how to install a generic JVC KD-R200 radio into a 1998 Dodge Ram Quad-Cab. In this second part I illustrate how I wise the radio in a way that doesn’t harm the truck.. I think it is real important to never modify the car’s wiring or dash, I hate it when people just start cutting holes. When my install is done it all looks nice and factory but more importantly, everything could be removed and returned to stock to sell the truck for instance. I would appreciate any comments or questions, ideas or difficulties you might have. Post a video response of your project and how you were able to overcome it. I am a History teacher by trade but a tinkerer at heart. The truck is Cummings turbo diesel with about 150000 miles and numerous modifications including a pack break, propane injection, duel circuit ditch lights tied to the high/low beams, trailer break switch to kill breaks when pulling an empty trailer, fuel pump pressure boost light (you only kill one injection pump from starvation before you learn) electric lift pump to save the injector pump, remote heavy equipment fuel filter and a long range fuel tank that will let me go nearly 1000 miles between pumps.
This video walks you through the installation process for SQL Server 2008 R2 Express. Note that many of the options also apply to other editions of SQL Server 2008, but there are differences. The goal is to make the setup process as easy as possible, so that you can start working with and learning SQL Server quickly. Due to time and complexity, the video does not address setup troubleshooting or errors. It does talk about your experience if SQL Server is already installed. This video should also apply to installing SQL Server 2008 Express (non-R2). For more information about installation, versions, and instances, see: learningsqlserver.wordpress.com
This is a push button system i made, setup a few relays and was able to control the car just like a factory push button system. The car I did this on was my 97 Celica.
Just installed an alarm called ST-800 from auto-innovatio.com on my 2004 Infiniti g35 coupe. Its the coolest alarm I have seen in a long time. I am pretty sure I am not the first one to install this alarm on a car but I cannot find any more video clips other than the ones on the website I bought this alarm from. My car now is completely key-less. I don’t need a key to unlock/lock my car and I don’t need a key to start my car. It has a proximity sensor, remote start, and push to start button. I tried doing a demonstration of the alarm but if you want to see more clips and more information about this product, go to www.auto-innovatio.com I just installed this a few weeks ago so I don’t know all the features yet. Not very difficult to install, just like installing regular car alarm with remote start. Best investment to protect my G35! if you have any questions, please comment and I will try my best to answer questions, might be easier just to email company the questions directly. They probably know more about this product then I would. www.auto-innovatio.com ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
