I had Osprey Remote Starters in Norwood, MA install a remote starter in my car. This is what happens when I try to start it! Unfortunately it is an intermittent problem and Osprey refuses to believe that it actually exists! Well here is the proof! I have been in numerous times to have it fixed and every time they either blame the problem on me or just turn me away! The owner even used the f-word to my face the last time I was there! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!
When I bought my car it came with a keyless entry/alarm/remote start on it and I lost the remote. How do I go about getting another one specificly for my alarm or programed to my alarm or is that even possible? I’m hoping I don’t have to buy a totally brand new alarm…
I just bought a 2003 dodge durango, i really just want a keyless entry kit since it didnt come with one, or if its easy enough that and a alarm would be awsome or even remote start, but im just wondering if its easy to install or if i did the keyless entry are thoughs easy to install and will it work with my car, meaning do i have aq central locking system in my truck?
so the alarm on my 99.5 jetta has always been a little retarded to say the least. But today the keyless entry remote stopped working, i thought it may have been the batteries in the remote, but changing them did nothing. so the thing is i bought the car used and only have one remote and no master key, and when i try and unlock the car manually through the drivers door the door unlocks but the alarm doesnt deactivate, so i cant start the car. I know theres ways to reset the reciever for the keyless remote, but im under the impression it takes two keys but i may be wrong. i need help asap or my car is going to get towed. also thought maybe disconnecting the battery might reset the alarm system. please help

I am looking for an alarm for my Scion Tc. I want one that has keyless entry, lcd monitoring, remote start, and aux inputs so I can roll up my windows with the remote. Im looking at Clifford and Viper but I know there must be other good ones out there? Also anyone have a clifford or viper. Be sure to include the model as well for all sugestions or experiences.
I am looking for a car alarm with remote start, that I can install myself. After talking with the sales person at Best Buy, and having the price of the alarm plus installation nearly double on me (I have an older vehicle that does not require any by-pass modules). I don’t feel like spending 0 to have a 0 alarm installed. I also have a lot of experience in installing components such as stereos and amplifiers. However most alarm manufacturers will not warrant their product if not installed by a certified installer. The Alert alarm is being sold pre-wired for the vehicle through http://www.autoalarmpro.com. I installed an aftermarket one when I bought the car, but the aftermarket unit is wearing out, and it’s time to upgrade.
i have a 93 honda del sol and i’ve been looking for the car alarm unit but i can’t find it anywhere. it’s aftermarket so i have no clue where that would be installed at. where could it be located? there’s a little antenna thing that sticks to the corner of the windshield and it’s brand is "directed" but i don’t wanna just go off of that. i’d like to find the main unit to make sure what brand and model it is so i can buy a keyless entry remote.

Somehow I disabled my Sidewinder alarm. My remote start and keyless entry still work, but I have no alarm. My LED is no longer flashing, it’s solid. I have no clue how it happened, but I need to enable my alarm. Any ideas on how to get my alarm working again?
My car alarm on my car has been acting weird and I am not sure what the problem is. My keyless entry on my key has a little green light when you unlock the doors or lock them and for someone reason the light is stuck on green and it will not let me open the doors using the keyless entry. And when I open my doors manually with the keys my alarm then goes off and it will not let me start my car. I have a little switch that I can bypass the alarm with and turn it off and then my car will start but I would like to know what is wrong with my keyless entry. I know it is not the battery in it because I already tried buying one and it still stays lit up. Please help.
