Winter is coming so I installed an auto-start in my GTP. Probably the first car with 150000 miles on it to get a remote start. Its an Add-On Scytek Galaxy 2000rs-MDL unit that starts by pressing the lock button on the factory fob 3 times within 5 seconds. Sorry for the bad quality. Its from my cell phone. The chirp sounds you hear at the beginning is actually the horn honking twice from pushing the lock button 3 times. The starter was about .00, the bypass for the PK3 system was .00, and I spent about .00 on a relay, resistors, a capacitor, and solder. Works good! Now if only there was a way to modify the stock remote for further range.

This is a push button system i made, setup a few relays and was able to control the car just like a factory push button system. The car I did this on was my 97 Celica.
